What you type into a form: your name, phone, email, what you are looking to do, the property's state and ZIP, and anything else you choose to add, with the exact consent words you agreed to and when.

How you found the site: the ad or link that brought you (its campaign tags and click IDs) and the page you first saw, kept in your browser so a later visit is credited to the first. We also count page views by page and source, and how fast each page loaded (load and response times only, with the page and whether it was a phone or a computer).

The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

To answer your inquiry: to call, text or email you about your loan, prepare options and estimates, and keep a record of what you asked for and agreed to. Calls and texts may be made with automated or AI-assisted systems on Ian's behalf, as the consent you gave describes.

We don't sell your information. We share it only as needed to answer you and to process a loan you ask for: within West Capital Lending, with the service providers that run this site, our texting and our customer records (who may use it only for that work), with Meta as the next section says when its ad brought you, and where the law requires.

Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

If a Facebook or Instagram ad brought you to this site, or you answered a form inside one, we tell Meta, the company behind them, that you sent a form, and later which step your inquiry reached with us (we reached you, it moved forward, it closed). Meta uses it to measure the ad and to show it to people more likely to want it.

We send your email and phone only as one-way codes (hashed) that Meta matches to its own accounts, the ad click's ID and, for a form on this site, your device's IP address and browser type. We never send your name, any amount, your loan's details or what you wrote to us. Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta does with it.

To opt out, tell (949) 239-1433 or ihumphrey@wclloans.com and we stop sending anything about you. Meta's ad settings also let you limit ads based on what other businesses share with it.
