Ian Humphrey and West Capital Lending send text messages about your loan inquiry: answers to your questions, options and estimates, appointment reminders, your application's status and the documents it needs. Some messages are sent with automated or AI-assisted systems on Ian's behalf.

You agree to these texts when you check the consent box on this site's form, or when you otherwise give us your mobile number and agree to be texted. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or loan.

Message frequency varies with where your loan is: more while an application is active, fewer otherwise. Message and data rates may apply; your carrier sets them.
